All purchases must be picked up directly from our warehouse by appointment.
Customers are fully responsible for arranging the vehicle, movers, blankets, straps, trailer, truck rental, or third-party pickup service required to transport their order safely.
Local pickup — how it works
Local pickup at our warehouse is the easiest and most reliable way to receive your order.
- Your item is inspected before pickup.
- You receive a message when it is ready.
- Pickup is by appointment only.
- Please arrive with the proper vehicle and help needed to load your item.
- Staff may assist with loading when available, but customers must come prepared.
Need transportation?
Customers must arrange their own transportation. This may include renting a van, truck, trailer, or hiring a local moving company.
Many customers use services such as U-Haul, Home Depot truck rentals, local movers, or private transport services.
Please measure your item, confirm vehicle space, and bring proper moving supplies before arriving for pickup.
Third-party pickup services
You are welcome to send a third-party mover, courier, friend, or family member to collect your order.
The person picking up must have your order information and be prepared to inspect and transport the item safely.
Once the item leaves our warehouse, Rustic Furniture Outlet is not responsible for damages, transport issues, delays, or handling by third parties.

Damages & responsibility
Customers are responsible for inspecting their item before it leaves the warehouse.
If you pick up your item yourself, responsibility transfers to you once the item leaves our warehouse.
If a third-party picks up your item, responsibility transfers to that third party once the item leaves our warehouse.
Rustic Furniture Outlet is not responsible for damages caused during customer pickup, loading, unloading, transportation, third-party handling, or improper vehicle use.
