Rustic Furniture Outlet no longer offers shipping. We ended our shipping program on Nov 20, 2025 to protect our one-of-a-kind solid wood pieces and focus on safe local pickup and our in-house delivery zones.
Why we stopped shipping
Shipping heavy, handcrafted solid-wood furniture resulted in too many damages, delays, and inconsistent results. To provide a better customer experience, we permanently ended all shipping on November 20, 2025.
Local pickup — how it works
Local pickup at our warehouse is now the easiest and most reliable way to receive your order.
- Your item is fully inspected before pickup.
- You receive a message when it's ready.
- Choose a pickup time that works for you.
- We assist with loading when staff are available.
Free local delivery (selected zones)
We offer free delivery for orders over $350 to the following postal codes:
- J7T, J0P, J0S, J6S, J7X, K0C
Outside our delivery area
You can still purchase from us and arrange your own transportation or pickup.

Damages & responsibility
If we deliver: We cover any issues caused by our team.
If you pick up: You inspect before leaving.
If a third-party picks up: They assume full responsibility once the item leaves our warehouse.
