Do you price match?

Yes! We will match any competitor's advertised price on identical items. Simply provide us with the competitor's details and we'll take care of the rest.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns as items are picked up from our warehouse by the customer.

Do you offer delivery and assembly?

No, Rustic Furniture Outlet no longer offers shipping. We ended our shipping program on Nov 20, 2025 to protect our one-of-a-kind solid wood pieces and focus on safe local pickup and our in-house delivery zones.

Are your products solid wood?

All of our rustic collections are made from 100% solid wood (pine, mango, acacia, etc.). No veneers or particle board in the main lines.

How long does shipping take?

We no longer ship our furniture. In-stock items typically are ready for your pickup within 2-7 business days. You'll receive an email or text when your order is ready.

Do you have a physical showroom?

Yes! Our showroom is located in Coteau-du-Lac. Visits are by appointment only. Address and hours are in the footer/contact page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept e-transfers at this time.

Is everything on the website in stock?

Stock levels are live. If an item shows "Add to Cart" it's in stock.
