We do not accept returns as items are picked up from our warehouse by the customer.
No, Rustic Furniture Outlet no longer offers shipping. We ended our shipping program on Nov 20, 2025 to protect our one-of-a-kind solid wood pieces and focus on safe local pickup and our in-house delivery zones.
All of our rustic collections are made from 100% solid wood (pine, mango, acacia, etc.). No veneers or particle board in the main lines.
We no longer ship our furniture. In-stock items typically are ready for your pickup within 2-7 business days. You'll receive an email or text when your order is ready.
Yes! Our showroom is located in Coteau-du-Lac. Visits are by appointment only. Address and hours are in the footer/contact page.
We only accept e-transfers at this time.
