Returns Policy

As with all solid wood  furniture, expect some variations in color and finish. Some warping and cracking is also inherent with rustic wood furniture and in many ways enhances its appeal. Our goal is to have satisfied  customers and, hence, we inspect each piece prior to shipment. The kiln-drying process is used to minimize any cracking and warping, however climate changes can still affect wood over time and cannot be considered a reason for return. Please make sure you carefully read our suggested environment for wood furniture. We only ship  furniture that we would be proud to have in our own homes.

⭐️ In the event of damage during transit: ⭐️

Your furniture is insured and therefore it is important that you inspect your furniture upon receipt and declare any damage to the drivers/delivery company.

Failing that we have lost the ability to claim a charge back on the shipping company and we cannot claim any damage and refund the client. 

In the event of manufacturing defects:

If there is some defect due to manufacturing, we will repair or replace the damaged parts at our expense. 

In the event that a piece of furniture is not suitable for your space:

If you wish to return delivered items, you must email us within 1 day after receiving them for return instructions.

Items must be in original purchase condition and packaging for a refund of the product cost only, minus a 20% re-stock fee. Please re-package merchandise with care as you will be responsible for shipping damage that occurs during a return, you will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. Your credit card will be refunded as soon as the furniture is received and inspected in our warehouse. 

Pricing & Inventory Errors

Although we make every effort to ensure our prices are affordable and competitive, we reserve the right to refuse, or cancel, any orders in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors. 

We strives to advertise correct product prices in our automated e-commerce system. In the event of a pricing error, our pricing policy abides by subsections 74.01(2) and 74.01(3) of the Competition Act. For more information please refer to Price-related Representations. We reserves the right to void any portion of an online purchase that contains items with incorrect prices.

If your credit card has already been charged, we will contact you that the order has been refunded to your credit card, or give you the option of paying any difference between the incorrect price and the actual price.
