The website has been designed to show you prices based on where you live and what you wish to buy. Follow these instructions:
1. Place the item you wish to buy into your cart (green button with the words ADD TO CART)
2. Click the green button again PROCEED TO CHECK OUT
3. Fill in the form with your address & contact details,
4. Click the blue button CONTINUE TO SHIPPING
5. Wait for your shipping costs to appear which are based on your location and value of your purchase.
6. Pick your shipping method then proceed to PAYMENT METHOD.
If in the event no shipping option appears, please write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your wish list. We will get back to you in less than 24 hours.
Items on the website which are ready for immediate dispatch or pick up is indicated by a green add to cart button. Simply add the product to your cart, and follow the instructions to obtain shipping rates and approximate delivery times.
Items on the website showing OUT OF STOCK indicates they are not available for purchase.
Items on the website with a pre-order label indicates that they are not in the warehouse but in a shipping container. No Samples are available for viewing. These items will be shipped as soon as they are ready.
Items which indicate that we have only 1 left in inventory - means its our last one.
We strive to ship your order from our warehouse at a maximum 5 business days from order placement
Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier please allow 24 hours for the tracker (check your junk email) to become active.
If you are in the greater Toronto or Montreal area, you can expect to be contacted about a delivery date in approximately 1-5 business days from shipment date..
For orders outside of Ontario and Quebec should be delivered in approximately 10 business days once shipped from our warehouse, but we have been known to have your order arrive faster than that!
We always look for the fastest delivery method and our goal is for you to have your order as soon as possible.
We do not take responsibility for delays due to weather, Covid-19 restrictions and individual delivery companies experience delays.
You will be contacted if we have a question on your order or if there are any delays in processing your shipment.
To keep logistics simple we only have 1 service point where all the furniture is shipped from located in Quebec.

Clients are required to pick up their furniture within 48 hours upon order placement due to space constraints.
We are continually receiving furniture and updating the warehouse requiring space to accommodate new items.
We strive to give you the best unedited pictures taken in our manufacturing facilities or in our warehouse showing the exact colors of the furniture. Most of the products have a video link which we invite you to review at your leisure.
It is important to note that sunlight and how the light reflects off the furniture will impact color.
All the pieces of furniture from the same collection match thus will look beautiful in your home when placed in the same room.

We issue invoices for all purchases done online on our website or in person at the warehouse.
We charge provincial taxes on all items when shipped to their destination province. Please refer to our terms on the taxes applied to each province in Canada.
No, we import our furniture from overseas.
Yes you can come to the warehouse and buy furniture to leave home with it the same day.
We only accept Cash, Interact transfers and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, etc) at this time.

No, it is not possible at this time due to Minimum order quantities (MOQ) required by our suppliers.
If you wish to return delivered items, you must call us at 1-800 764-7808 within 1 days after receiving them for return instructions.
Items must be in original purchase condition and packaging for a refund of the product cost only, minus a 20% re-stock fee. Please note that if the shipment was shipped to you for free - you will also be charged that value with full disclosure of the original costs to have shipped to you.
Please re-package merchandise with care as you will be responsible for shipping damage that occurs during a return, you will also be responsible for the return shipping charges.
