Care
From time to time the furniture will need to be waxed.
This should be done using a soft cloth and beeswax, which you should then buff using a soft lint-free cloth. Always work in the direction of the grain, and do not use silicon-based sprays or polish.
Although our furniture is dry-kilned and treated, we advise you not to place anything hot or wet directly onto the surface as staining may occur, so try to use protective mats or coasters.
Should you spill any food or liquid on the wood, wipe it off immediately with a dry cloth. If the wood becomes marked, gently rub it down with extra fine wire wool in the direction of the grain, and restore the finish using beeswax.
Position your furniture away from direct sunlight and heat. This will protect the wood from fading, and help avoid any cracking and movement in the joints.

After you make your online purchase, expect a call, text or email from us within 7 days. Then make an appointment with us to pick up your item directly at the warehouse Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm or you can also arrange your own transport with your own carrier.
We can deliver to any address across Canada using carriers such as Canpar, UPS, Purolator, etc. Add the item to your cart, then enter your full address, then the website will provide you all your shiping option costs.
Please note that if you decide to use CANPAR (normally the lowest price), the delivery will occur between 8am - 6pm. You will receive a tracker as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
The drivers are not allowed to contact clients with their ETA. Signatures are required for all deliveries for insurance purposes.
Please note that drivers will not help unload your palette from the truck into your home, please make sure to have help to unload your furniture.
By curbside, we mean that items will be left at the nearest point where the delivery truck can leave your shipment with the receiver.
We tried as hard we could get automatic shipping rates integrated into our website but sadly for items over 149lbs or big bulky items like bed frames and heavy dining table, this isn't possible. Rest assured we can ship just about anywhere! Just contact us and we will be able to get a quote to you in less than 24 hours.
