Pricing Errors

Although CCBS Inc trading under the name Rustic Furniture Outlet makes every effort to ensure our prices are affordable and competitive, we reserve the right to refuse, or cancel, any orders in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors.

If your credit card has already been charged and Rustic Furniture Outlet determines the pricing on the item is incorrect, we will contact you and give you the option of cancelling your order and we will refund to your card the amount paid , or paying any difference between the incorrect price and the actual price.

Dimensions of Products

The sizes quoted on our website are approximate with reasonable accuracy, but it must be remembered that as all items are hand crafted and unique there will inevitably be some variation in the size from one similar piece to another

Sales made to outside Canada are exempt from applicable taxes, however any customs and brokerages fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
